At Global MotoCorp, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and reliable manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, delivery, and related responsibilities.


1. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, our team will contact you (via call or message) to verify and confirm payment, order details, and delivery address.
  • Once details are confirmed, the order undergoes Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
  • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of confirmation, subject to stock availability.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and logistics constraints.
  • Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details within 48 hours to monitor their shipment.
  • Updates regarding shipping and delivery will be shared via the customer’s registered mobile number and/or email ID.

3. Delays & Limitations

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, Enfinity is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • If a customer requests to cancel an order while it is in transit or rejects the order upon delivery, the shipping charges incurred will be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery Areas & Charges

  • If the delivery address falls under an ODA (Out of Delivery Area), additional charges may apply. Customers may also be asked to collect the product from the nearest courier hub.
  • Standard shipping charges are included for all successfully shipped orders unless otherwise specified at checkout.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that the contact number and address provided at the time of order are accurate and accessible. Incorrect details may lead to delivery delays or failed delivery.
  • Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery. In case of visible transit damage, it should be reported to the Enfinity customer care within 48 hours of delivery.
