Return and Refund Policy

At Global MotoCorp, we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. General Policy – Returns Not Applicable

  • As a standard policy, returns are not applicable for electric scooters once sold.

  • Limited exceptions are available under our 7-Day Return Window, as described below.


2. Day Return Window

2.1 Unused Scooters

  • Returns accepted within 7 days, provided the scooter is unused, free from dirt, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping charges & 10% restocking fee will apply.

2.2 Used Scooters (Under 5 km)

  • Scooters with less than 5 km on the odometer may be returned within 7 days, only for a valid reason (manufacturing defect, major fault).
  • A 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted.
  • If returned dirty or damaged, additional deductions will apply for cleaning, repairs, or replacement packaging.
  • All accessories must be returned; missing items will be charged separately.

3. Parts & Accessories Returns

  • Returns due to buyer’s mistake or change of mind are accepted within 7 days.
  • Buyer bears the return shipping cost & 10% restocking fee will apply.

4. Refund Process in Case of Return

  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
  • If in acceptable condition, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
  • Refund credit timelines depend on the buyer’s bank processing times.
  • If the item is damaged, repair/deduction costs will be applied before refunding.

5. Refund Process (in Case of Order Cancellation)

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
  • Once shipped (i.e., tracking shows "booked"), cancellations will incur:
    • Return shipping charges
    • 3% restocking fee

  • Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel an order.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Scooters used beyond 5 km.
  • Scooters returned damaged due to negligence or improper handling.
  • Any product returned without its original packaging, invoice, or warranty card.

7. Exceptions & Discretion

  • Enfinity reserves the sole right to approve or reject returns if products are found to be tampered, misused, or not meeting the above conditions.
  • In cases of disputes, Enfinity’s decision will be considered final and binding.
